Based on foundational aspects of the Lattice Nested Hydreno atomic model and the proven reality of  Zero-Point energy, it is readily evident that Electrolysis systems such as the Meyer's Water Fuel Cell can be configured to operate with an over-unity COP.  Resonance electrolysis requires little power for operation, effectively drawing its energy surplus from the quantum vacuum flux of space by employing novel methods of asymmetric, cyclic excitation at natural harmonics of the cell.

A variety of advanced electrolysis systems have been developed by independent inventors that are intended to replace our lamentable dependence on expensive and polluting fossil fuels, which are evidently responsible for Global warming to some degree.  These will be employed in a wide variety of applications from gas furnaces to high powered gas turbines.  A massive retrofit to existing equipment and infrastructure requiring combustible fuel gasses for engines and heat production is anticipated within the next decade.

Principles of Operation:

Overunity Electrolysis is usually accomplished by driving the cell at a natural  resonant frequency of  a fluid or gas medium using an asymmetric excitation field to induce the polarized molecules of the electrolyte solution into an escalating harmonic oscillation, resulting in an energized state or breakdown of the targeted molecules.  For instance, the acoustic resonant frequency of water molecules is in the range of 43 KHz with other harmonics evident. The breakdown of water molecules results in a stoichiometric mixture of hydrogen and oxygen or excited water molecules (hydroxy gas) raised to a higher quazi-stable energy state possessing greatly elongated hydrogen bonds.

When ignited such gas mixtures yield far more energy than was required for production of the fuel gas, evidently augmented by the implosive collapse of the excited molecules as they fall back to their ground state constituting an atomic scale Casimir effect.   A coefficient of performance (COP) exceeding five is not uncommon.  Some cell configurations evidently produce heat directly from coherence of the ZPE of space without liberating a combustible gas.
